Just an invite for anybody to come to yoga with me!
I go to the HRC yoga class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm.
It is a great time! Single classes cost $2. A punch card for 12 classes cost $20.
Come to one and you will want to go again!
And yes, there are guys that go to this yoga class!!!
And no, you do not have to be flexible...or have good balance...no excuses work with me for you to get out of going to yoga!!!!
